Canadian Arctic wild sea cucumbers grow in deep waters below 30 feet in the waters of the North Atlantic. The annual maximum water temperature of the waters does not exceed 14°. The temperature is low and cold. The water surface is frozen in winter. It is inaccessible all year round without any pollution. Growing in the cold waters of the Arctic, sea cucumbers grow slowly and have a long growth cycle, ensuring the richness of sea cucumber nutrients and protein.

According to research by Canadian marine biology experts, Canadian sea cucumbers are rich in nutrients, with a protein content of up to 52.2%. Active substances such as sea cucumber polysaccharides account for about 15%. It is rich in sea cucumber saponin, vitamins and trace elements; the fat content is low, only about 1%; cholesterol.
